Crystal Car Charm Make & Take Workshop with Ninna Lu Inspired
As we are about to enter into another Mercury Retrograde , why not spend some relaxing fun with guest instructor Marissa of Ninna Lu Inspired at this elevated make and take workshop at the beautiful Heart Craft Studio.
We will begin the evening with a brief discussion on the upcoming last quarter moon in Capricorn, and dually align with our root chakra. Participation is optional.
A n obsidian shaped moon will be provided along with all other supplies and materials to create your very own crystal car charm. Facilitated by Marissa, a certified crystal healer, she will guide you through from beginning to end of your craft project.
A charcuterie snack box is included with the make & take workshop from Taylor & Pine Charcuterie.

Create Your Own Resin Art White Marble Lazy Susan
Come let loose and have fun while gaining information and learning various resin techniques, among a number of Do's and Don'ts ~ ask me how I know : )
Beginners welcome! All materials included.
You will be provided with a 14" bamboo lazy susan that has been pre-sanded to round the edges and painted white to give each piece added dimension. After curing at the studio, your instructor (Nicky Painter) will pick up your masterpiece and sand the back side at no additional charge. Your creation would be available for pickup in Gold River as early as Monday, May 6 ~ just in time for Mother's Day! Free delivery is also an option.

In this workshop, each participant will receive their own mixed media journal - we will each collage and create a unique front and back cover, and build upon our creative vision as we fill the pages each class for our year ahead as a living 2024 vision journal.
We will meet together once a month to continue the creative journalling journey (you can join at any time!) - it’s a lovely time to connect, share our creative journalling together, create new prompt pages, and work on a new pieces together in each class.

Candlelight Sound Bath Hosted by Melissa Maddern
Candlelight Sound Bath
Offer your mind and body the ultimate relaxation with a candlelight sound bath experience. In this workshop, you will be guided through verbal meditative cues to put the body and mind at ease and deeply relaxed. After the body has been brought to a restful state, you will be bathed in soothing sound waves from a myriad of instruments including rhythmic drums, chimes, and crystal & Himalayan singing bowls. This healing sound bath will nurture you into slowing your brain waves to reach deep meditative and even sleep states. Sound healing is a non-invasive, ancient and newly re-emerging holistic therapy used to treat physical, mental, and emotional dis-ease of all types. You will spend the duration of the class lying in a comfortable position, typically on your back, so we highly encourage you to come ready to be cozy and if you have an eye pillow bring it with you, and anything else that will help to make it easier for you to relax.
No yoga or meditation experience required.

In this hands-on cookie decorating class, you will learn all the best tips and tricks of transforming cookies into edible masterpieces. Our skilled instructor, Justine, will guide you through various decorating techniques including flooding, wet-on-wet, dimensional piping and line work.

Assortment of icing colors and all necessary decorating tools
