As a mobile art studio, we specialize in curating all kinds of fun! We are a multi-media creative studio, meaning we offer projects in a variety of mediums (painting with acrylics, watercolors, drawing with pencils to pastels, inspired mixed media projects, and so much more). Each of our creative projects is designed to be engaging, age/skill level conscious, and memorable for your unique event - if you need recommendations for your group, we’re always happy to help curate the perfect project for your group.
Just like art, no two events are created the same, and we love to lean in to that and make everything extra special - for hosts looking for extra help, we offer a more full service creative event planning experience, from decorations packages, curated party favors, balloon arches, and even face painting, each event has the option to select any desired add-on’s. Let us help you put together the perfect artsy gathering, so you can lean in and enjoy YOUR event, too.
From toddler birthdays all the way to corporate team building events and every other type of gathering in between - we are beyond humbled and grateful to be in the business of helping host joyful, connective, creative moments and memories with the people you care about, making keepsake art together!

Submitting this deposit officially confirmed your event - To book your off-site event, please first contact us at either hello@heartcraftstudio.com, or call us directly at (916)706-2206 to discuss your event, verify availability, and answer any questions you might have! Once the initial details are squared away, the next step would be to submit your off-site event deposit of $150 here to secure your spot on our schedule.
The fine print: Please note - this is a non-refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward your event total which is due on or before your event. We offer a one time courtesy reschedule outside of 30 days before your event in the event that its needed.
After the deposit: Look out for an email from us, confirming your event details and the receipt of your deposit; for birthdays/full service events, we’ll send you our special event questionnaire (this is where the curated event planning begins - you’ll be able to make special project requests, tell us about your desired theme, let us know all about your guests so we can curate the perfect projects with you, as well as select any desired party upgrades!). A ballpark headcount is great at this stage, but we always plan our materials flexibly, and will check back in as your event approaches for headcount updates!
