Come join us for Autumn Equinox: A Mini Day Retreat for 2 workshops, light restorative yoga, snacks and community! We are meeting at Heartcraft Studio (@heart.craft.studio) 3054 Sunrise Blvd Ste G Rancho Cordova on Sunday, September 22 from 3p-5p.

• Create a manifestation wand with Guest Instructor Marissa of Ninna Lu (@ninnalu.inspired) using wood, crystals and other decor to assist you in your journey of co-creating your reality with the Universe.

• Blend your own herbal tea with Guest Instructor Allison Fae (@homecraft.allisonfae) for mind & Body Clarity.

• Included is a charcuterie snack box from Taylor & Pine Charcuterie (@taylorandpine_charcuterie).

• We will have a short relaxing restorative yoga with Alise (@alisebrownellyoga)- mats are not provided please bring your own or enjoy some chair yoga (chairs are provided) to get us started!
