Relax and Roll Workshop

This 90 minute Relax and Roll workshop uses soft massage balls and body rollers to relax and restore your whole body! Reduce aches and pains while down-regulating your nervous system for ultimate relaxation. This is an all levels class to reduce inflammation, ease neck and low back strain, and improve posture.

This workshop is gentle enough for most, but you should be able to do gentle movement and lie on the floor for short periods of time, and be medically cleared for gentle movement. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an optional bath towel or small blanket for extra cushion. Sanitized massage balls and rollers will be provided for this workshop.

After developing chronic pain, instructor, Vanessa Light, learned how to gently reduce her own aches and pains through the body’s fascial system. Vanessa has completed training with techniques such as MELT Method and Roll Model, and is a certified Restore Your Core™ instructor. Vanessa has been teaching classes and workshops for over 9 years.

Class size is limited. Pre-registration is recommended.
